Inspiring Creativity Through Arts and STEAM

At Art & Learning 4 Kids, we believe that when children see a concept, they understand it—but when they create it, they master it. We started this program with a simple goal: to bridge the gap between abstract school subjects and hands-on discovery. By blending STEAM with visual arts and manipulatives, we provide elementary students with a vibrant afterschool environment where "aha!" moments happen every day.

Meet the Founder

I’ve always believed that every child is a natural scientist and artist, but they often lose that spark in a traditional classroom. The idea for Art&Learning4Kids came to me when I saw my own child struggle with a math concept until we drew it out together and after I taught in many settings but kids were not quite learning the concepts that were taught to them at school. I realized then that if we could combine the "what" of STEAM with the "how" of creative art, we could make learning unstoppable. With 15+ years of experience in teaching Math, Arts and Spanish, I’m dedicated to helping your child discover the joy of discovery through their own two hands. I believe that when kids are allowed to be messy, creative, and curious, they don't just learn—they thrive. I am honored to provide a space where your children can explore, build, and create their way to a brighter future.

I am truly pleased with how well the after-school classes went this session. It was a wonderful experience, and I genuinely enjoyed working with the students. They were enthusiastic, creative, and excited to participate each week, which made teaching the classes an absolute joy.

Everything was well-organized, and I appreciated the smooth communication and support throughout the entire session. I would be more than happy to continue offering similar workshops in the future.

For next time, I think the students would really enjoy even more hands-on, themed art projects and simple STEM activities. I would also love to see extended origami sessions, as the students responded so positively to those classes and consistently asked for more time to explore new designs.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m grateful to have been a part of it. I look forward to continuing these programs.
